Navy Lodge Bethesda has limited rooms available at the rate of $77/night.  Call (301) 654-1795 (no DSN number) or go to Bethesda Navy Lodge Reservation page. They will need your credit card to hold the reservation and will charge a deposit of one night's lodging on your credit card when you make the reservation.  The Navy Lodge is a short walk to the Medical Center metro stop (red-line).
