The Bulletin is a means of immediate dissemination of information of significant interest to the AFPMB's constituency.  Continuing the tradition developed since the first DPMIAC Technical Information Bulletin (TIB) was published in 1980, this on-line Bulletin picks up as Volume 22, for the year 2002.  Published items will be numbered, and archived periodically for future access.
